Waka Flocka took to Twitter to announce that he will be dropping his DuFlocka Rant 2 mixtape once he reaches 2 million Twitter followers. This is the same thing Fozzie Bear did when he released Salute Me Or Shoot Me Vol 4 project once he hit 1 million followers. The artwork above is said to be the cover art for the tape as well.
